Athletika MEMBER POLICIES

At Athletika, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, respectful, and welcoming environment for all our members andguests.
These Member Policies apply to everyone using Athletika's facilities, equipment, classes, training services, and other member facilities. By using Athletika's facilities, you agree to follow these policies and any reasonable instructions provided by our staff.

1. Membership Access

- Your membership is personal and may only be used by the registered member.
- Members may be required to provide their membership details or identification when entering the facility.
- Membership access is subject to the membership plan purchased.
- Members must not share, lend, sell, or transfer their membership access without prior approval from Athletika.
- Athletika may refuse entry where membership information cannot be verified or where access has been suspended or terminated.

21. Contact Us
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, violence, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Members are encouraged to review thesepolicies periodically.
3. Appropriate Gym Attire
The latest version will be made available through the Athletika website or other appropriate communication channels.
Members must wear appropriate and suitable clothing and footwear while using the gym and training areas.
Athletika may update these Member Policies from time to time to reflect changes to our facilities, services, operational procedures, or applicable requirements.
Athletika may restrict the use of clothingor footwear that presents a safety, hygiene, or operational concern.

Members should also use appropriate footwear for specific training areas where required.
Athletika may take immediate action where necessary to protect the safety or wellbeing of members, guests, staff, or the facility.
4. Equipment Use

Failure to follow these Member Policies may result in appropriate action depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
- Follow instructions provided by staff or displayed on equipment.
- Adjust equipment appropriately before use.
- Return weights, accessories, and other equipment after use.
- Avoid dropping weights unless the equipment and designated area are specifically designed for it.
- Do not modify, misuse, or attempt to repair equipment.
- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.

Athletika may temporarily remove equipmentfrom service for maintenance, inspection, or safety reasons.

5. Personal Training
Please provide sufficient details to helpus understand and investigate your concern.
Personal training sessions should be booked through the appropriate Athletika channels.
If you have a concern about a facility, service, trainer, class, staff member, or another aspect of your Athletika experience, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
Members are expected to arrive on time forscheduled training sessions.
We welcome feedback from our members.
If you are unable to attend a session,please notify Athletika as early as possible.
18. Member Feedback and Complaints
Late arrival may reduce the available training time and does not necessarily extend the scheduled session.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant closures or changes to members where practical.
Personal training availability is subjectto trainer schedules and facility capacity.

6. Group Classes

Class schedules, instructors, locations,and availability may change when necessary.
Athletika may use CCTV and other security systems within and around its facilities for safety, security, access control, incident investigation, and protection of people and property, where permittedby applicable law.
7. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cannot attend a booked class,personal training session, or other scheduled service, please cancel or notify Athletika as early as possible.
Athletika may take appropriate action when these policies are violated.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking privileges or may be subject to applicable service-specific policies.

Athletika is committed to maintaining aninclusive and respectful environment.
Members are responsible for exercisingwithin their own physical capabilities.
15. Respectful Conduct
Before beginning a new exercise program, members should seek appropriate medical advice if they have a medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or other concern that may affect theirability to exercise safely.
Members must report accidents, injuries, damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or other safety concerns to staff as soon as possible.
Members should inform their trainer or appropriate Athletika staff of any relevant condition or limitation that mayaffect their participation.

- Follow staff instructions.
- Use designated emergency exits where instructed.
- Do not use equipment during an emergency.
- Do not obstruct emergency personnel or access routes.
Stop exercising immediately and notify staff if you experience significant pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, orany other concerning symptoms.

Athletika regularly cleans and maintainsits facilities, but members are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their use of the gym.

Water and appropriate non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed in designated areas.
Members are responsible for their personalbelongings while at Athletika.
Members should follow Athletika's rules regarding food and beverages within the facility.

- Use lockers only for their intended purpose.
- Do not store prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or hazardous items.
- Do not leave valuable belongings unattended.
- Remove your belongings after use where applicable.
Additional age restrictions or supervision requirements may apply to particular areas, programs, or services.
Athletika may remove items that areabandoned, prohibited, or stored in violation of facility rules.
Members are responsible for guests theybring to Athletika and must ensure that their guests follow these Member Policies.
Athletika is not responsible for loss,theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Children and guests may only enter or use Athletika facilities where permitted by the applicable membership, service, orfacility rules.

Recording must not interfere with other members' workouts, classes, training sessions, or privacy.
Members must respect the privacy of others.
Do not photograph, film, or record anothermember, guest, trainer, or staff member without appropriate permission where consent is required.
